What is support work? 

NDIS support work helps individuals with disabilities achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Support workers play a crucial role in enhancing independence and community engagement for people with disabilities. Key services include:
• Personal Care: Assistance with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.

What qualifications do your support works have?  

We value quality support workers and have a rigorous intake process. Our support workers hold a minimum Certificate IV in Community Services, with many also being psychology graduates.

We have clear privacy policies, secure data storage, and restrict access to personal information of our participants. Our staff receive regular training, and obtain informed consent before using or sharing participant information.
